Some days won’t be easy, but it’s only a part of the process. 🫶🏽
Remember that we are the only ones responsible for our own mood. That means that we are the only ones that can change and affect it. 🧡
So, instead of overwhelming yourself and give in to stress and anxiety, remember that you can fully control it. You can uplift your mood and increase your vibration. You are the only one who can do it. ✨
Here are some of my tips for how to increase and change your vibration instantly! ⚡️
+ Take a walk outside in the open air. 🌬️
+ Open up a window and let fresh air in. 🍃
+ Put on your favorite music. 🎧
+ Call/text someone you care about. 👩🏽❤️💋👨🏻
+ Redecorate/ organize your surroundings. 🧹
+ Cook/prepare something you like. 🥗
+ Plan something fun for yourself, take yourself on a date! 📅
Note to self 📝 life is unexpected. In many different ways. People come and go, circumstances change, there are ups and downs. But the question is - how are you going to handle it?
🫀Trauma. Everyone has experienced it in a way. We carry it since childhood. As kids, we absorb information. From our parents, from the environment. We are basically a sponge 🧽 that constantly absorbs information. We carry it with us throughout our life.
❤️🩹 If we don’t do the shadow work for healing, if we don’t treat it, that trauma that has been with us since childhood is going to come out in unexpected ways.
It can affect the foundation of the relationships in our lives (romantic, social, professional).
For example, if the smallest argument would happen we can find ourselves literally “exploding” out of nowhere at the other person. ⚠️
A good exercise would be to write it all down. Let it out. 😌 This action of emptying all those painful thoughts and memories, writing/typing them, is so soothing and relieving.
Here are some examples for questions you can ask yourself:
- What do I feel in my body when I’m scared/anxious?
- In what situations am I most hard on myself?
- What makes me feel self conscious?
- Do I practice self love? What can I do to increase it?
- In what situations do I feel “less than”?
